The Role of Franchisee (You)
- To provide a high quality, friendly and informed service to customers
- To build rapport with customers
- To be honest, reliable and efficient
- To keep units clean and tidy, and present a professional attitude at all times
- To keep the business financially sound by continued development (personal and business)
- To keep accurate accounts and to deliver them on time to the Franchisor
- To implement any company promotions
- To maintain adequate stock levels
- To comply with the terms of the Franchise Agreement
- To operate in line with the Franchise Manual
The Role of Franchisor (Us)
- To keep abreast of changes and new developments within the market
- To introduce promotions
- To continue to expand and promote the Battery Connection brand
- To support, advise and mentor franchisees when required
- To maintain and develop the Battery Connection website
- To provide stock replenishment when required
Training and Support
New franchisees undergo a comprehensive training package, which includes every aspect of running a successful Battery Connection franchise.
Training includes:
- On site training on all technical aspects of the work involved. This is undertaken at one of our existing sites, where the new recruit is able to benefit from the experience of an existing franchisee and to see first hand how a Battery Connection kiosk operates on a daily basis.
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills. This part of the training programme will include business finances, keeping accounts, tax and vat liability.
- Sales and marketing. This will outline the marketing techniques that are unique and relevant to Battery Connection, as well as general sales and marketing practices.
- Continued support is always on hand from our experienced team.
